Tala Niue is the official streaming service of the Broadcasting Corporation of Niue (BCN). By accessing or using this service, you agree to these terms. Access to certain content requires a paid subscription or pay-per-view purchase.
Content
All content on Tala Niue is owned by or licensed to BCN. You may not download, reproduce, redistribute, or rebroadcast any content without prior written permission from BCN.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sharing account credentials is not permitted. BCN reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.
Payments and Refunds
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Pay-per-view purchases grant 48-hour access to the purchased content. Payment processing is handled securely — BCN does not store card details.
Changes to These Terms
BCN may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
